The spa facilities at Mercure Petriolo Siena Terme Spa Hotel are absolutely fantastic! I enjoyed a variety of pools, including thermal baths and a Turkish bath, which provided a perfect way to relax after exploring the Tuscan hills. The outdoor pool area was inviting, and I appreciated the attentiveness of the staff, who pampered us with comfortable loungers and pillows. A truly rejuvenating experience.

I had an really good dining experience at the hotel. The breakfast spread was impressive, featuring fresh gluten-free options like toast and cakes, which made me feel truly catered to as a coeliac. The restaurant staff, especially Therese, went above and beyond to ensure I had plenty of delicious meal choices. Each dining occasion was a treat, with beautifully presented dishes and fantastic flavors that showcased the essence of Tuscany.

The bathroom in my room was a highlight of my stay! Equipped with a large shower, bidet, and an inviting bathtub, it was a relaxing space to unwind. The cleanliness and the quality of amenities, including plush dressing gowns and sandals, made my experience even better. It was a luxurious touch that complemented my overall enjoyment of the hotel.

My bedroom was incredibly spacious and tastefully designed. The bed was the most comfortable I've ever experienced, gently cradling me each night and encouraging a deep sleep. With ample space and lovely decor, I felt right at home. It was the perfect retreat after a day filled with relaxation and exploration.
